Herry
Master Instructor

Herry is trained in a variety of exercise methods and is able to incorporate different techniques to enhance a combination of flexibility, range of motion and core strength. Herry has worked with a variety of different injuries and enjoys seeing his clients develop and progress through Pilates. He loves meeting new people and sharing his passion for Pilates, which has led him to introduce new students to teacher training.
He is very talented in this area and is loved by all who come into contact with his teaching. He has a keen interest in injury rehabilitation and the importance of a strong core and flexible body in achieving overall strength and health as well as pre and post natal Pilates classes.
Herry enjoys the challenges and changes he feels in his body as he faces and tries to master Pilates, and the joy of communicating this passion to others.
Sherry

Sherry was initially introduced to Pilates as a treatment for lower back pain. While practicing Pilates, she realized that Pilates has made a huge difference in my body. It was fun to share and discuss the feelings and details of the exercises with friends. Gradually, she became more and more passionate about Pilates and decided to become a Pilates instructor.
The systematic learning process has allowed me to slowly understand the beauty of the human body. She designs the program according to the guest's goals and gives tips that apply to their lives. It really allows the guest to bring Pilates back to life and radically improve their problems or achieve their goals.
Mia

Mia is a Certified Pilates Instructor. She has worked with clients suffering from a variety of injuries and believes that Pilates is a safe and effective way to help them recover and regain their strength.
Mia's classes are tailored to each client's individual needs and she is always looking for new ways to help her clients improve their health and well-being.
Joo

Joo is a Basi certified Pilates instructor. She specializes in Reformer Pilates and believes that Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
Joo also have the knowledge about releasing low back pain and adjusting Sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Joo is known for her energetic and challenging workouts that leave her clients feeling strong and empowered.
Karen Chan

Karen is a certified instructor with Stott Pilates and Polestar Pilates. She taught Pilates in Hong Kong for more than 2 years. She is keen on utilizing the Pilates movements to improve students' body posture and mobility.
Karen is patient and encouraging in her class. She believes in a motto of Pilates "Change happens through movement and movement heals." She teaches her students in accordance with their aptitude and experience to make sure everyone can follow. Through building awareness of muscles and body alignment while mastering new movements, she is eager to see her students bringing the joy and strength from her class to their daily lives.

Linda is a Certified Pilates Instructor. She enjoys helping those around her achieve their fitness goals. She has made it her mission to help her students embrace Pilates as a regular part of their fitness regimen.
Linda knows that becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor is the next step in helping others achieve their personal health and wellness goals. Linda has always pursued her passion for all sports and overall physical fitness. You can still find her practicing mat Pilates and core bed training in her free time.
She wants everyone to come to class ready to be challenged and willing to push their mental barriers and physical limits. Expect to leave each class loving yourself a little more. Because loving and accepting yourself is the beginning of true transformation.
Sabrina

Sabrina has completed her full STOTT PILATES training. She dedicated most of her life to dancing and has a solid foundation in both ballet and contemporary techniques. Through this creative outlet, she developed a deep appreciation for movement, body mechanics, and the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle. Upon discovering Pilates, she was drawn to its mind-body connection, dance-like choreography, and the significant improvements it brought to her overall physical health. She offers personalized classes that are designed to meet each client's unique goals and target areas in need of improvement. Her workouts offer a dynamic and fulfilling experience, guiding clients toward their fitness goals in a supportive and engaging setting.
Currently, Sabrina is pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She aims to combine chiropractic care with Pilates to help individuals move better, feel better, and follow their passions with confidence!
Tim

Growing up in a sports-oriented family, Tim experienced various disciplines including tennis and basketball, ultimately achieving the status of National First-Class Basketball Athlete in China.
With over 10 years of professional experience in basketball, Tim has faced multiple injuries throughout his career. Through these challenges, he witnessed the wonders of rehabilitation Pilates training in his recovery process. These experiences have deepened Tim’s appreciation for the transformative power of Pilates, recognizing its ability to improve not just physical fitness, but overall well-being.
By combining his athletic insights with Pilates principles, Tim aims to create engaging and effective sessions that cater to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Karen Park obtained a fully - certified STOTT PILATES instructor.
She also completed Golf, pregnancy , post-natal , Scoliosis pilates program and Functional Training / Mobility Course in South Korea.
She has accumulated several years of experience as a Pilates instructor, working with numerous students to help them achieve both physical and mental well-being. Her focus has been on exploring ways to maintain and enhance the health of the body and mind.
During the classes, she emphasizes improving client’s balance and flexibility. Additionally, she provides personalized sessions tailored to individual goals and physical conditions, ensuring that students progress effectively.
